6.3 Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated depending on your location and the size of your order. Payment will be made on delivery. Shipping fees will not be paid at checkout on the website

7.1 Return Policy: Items can be returned within 24 hours of delivery, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Customized/ embroidered items are non-refundable and non-returnable.

7.2 White coats and white scrubs are not eligible for exchange or returns

7.3 No exchanges will be accepted beyond 24 hours after receipt of your order.

7.4 Exchange Policy: Promotional or discounted items sold at a discount greater than 10% off the original price are considered a final sale and are not eligible for exchange or return.

7.5 Items must not be worn (except for trying on), washed, damaged, or altered in any way.

7.6 Exchanges will only be accepted if a notification is made within 24 hours of delivery and are subject to the availability of stock.

7.7 No refunds. Only store credit will be awarded for returned items, where the specified item is not available for exchange.

7.8 Refunds will be processed within 7 business days upon receipt and approval of the returned items. Customers are only eligible for refund only if they received wrong items from our error which cannot be exchanged.

7.9 Return Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
